Can I cancel the event tickets free of charge?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as early as possible by phone at 0911 520 91 28 or by e-mail at info@entenstuben.de so that we can find a solution together.
The following cancellation policy applies: 48 hours before the start of the event, the amount will be refunded at 100% of the ticket price*.
If less than 48 hours in advance, we can only refund 50% of the ticket price*, as procurement of goods and menu preparations have already taken place.
*The refund will be issued in the form of a gift voucher.
